Credit Application Procedure

Credit Application Form (business)

If you are a PLC, Limited Company, Partnership or Sole Trader you will need a Business Credit Application Form, which must be completed in Full.

Credit Application Form (personal)

If you are a private individual and wish to obtain credit for either a Personal Contract Hire or Personal Contract Purchase, then a Personal Credit Application Form must be completed in Full .

Details Needed for Business Application

The fully completed Application form, together with a signed data protection form, your latest audited accounts and in some cases proof of identification i.e. a copy of your driving licence, a passport etc, will be required.

Details Needed for Personal Application

The fully completed Application form, a signed data protection form, together with 3 of your most recent pay slips a copy of your driving licence, passport, and a council tax bill or utility bill (Gas, Water, Electricity) less than 3 months old will be required.

How long do I have to wait for a decision?

Usually an Underwriting decision will be made within 3 working days. But on occasions, it may take a little bit longer where further information is required.

Im a new start business, can I still get credit?

Subject to you being able to provide the necessary supporting documentation that we will require, we will hopefully be able to help you. If a business has only been running for a short time and as yet has no Audited Accounts, you will need to submit a fully completed application form and provide a CV, a Business Plan and Cash flow Forecasts, and other supporting documentation as and when required.

Can I or my company still get credit if I have CCJ's?

In the majority of cases we are able to help individuals or companies who have in the past experienced credit problems and have CCJ's. Please mention this when requesting a quotation.

To obtain credit we will require a fully completed application form along with copies of driving Licence, passport, satisfaction certificates for CCJ’s, and in the case of companies their latest financial information.

So what happens now?

Once you have made a request, one of our sales consultants will contact you via e-mail with a fully detailed quotation sent as an attachment. You will receive this within 48 hours excluding weekends (unless it is a special request and requires a manual quotation).
